Why is participation in real sports declining? Are real sports really just bread and circuses, like in the Colosseum of Rome? Well, there is much to discuss, so let’s get to it.
Undermining Christian Localism and Replacing It with Altruistic Internationalism
I tried a course at university on altruism, and after just a few classes via a hippie-like professor, decided I had had enough. Altruism as taught in the class and books is summed up by this definition below.
Altruism: concern for the well-being, the life, of others independently of personal benefit or reciprocity.
With this definition in mind, please note that helping your immediate nuclear family, extended kin, church members, neighbors, and community is therefore supposedly inferior to helping unknown people. I left that class many years ago because this was pure “familiarity breeds contempt,” which is an effete practice. Women prefer befriending strangers so that strangers will like them and not hurt them. Some have argued women developed this when they were taken by force and/or marriage to a new tribe, and so making nice in extremes was necessary in order not to suffer in the new environment. So why then are women still applying this in situations now, where they have not been thrown to the wolves, so to speak?
In Japanese culture they have a patriarchal form in opposition to this, summed up by the terms “Naka and Soto,” which translate to “inside and outside.” Inside are people you know, who you treat extremely better than people you do not. Outsiders are treated coolly, formally, and if they behave badly can be treated rather rudely very fast. This is a masculine approach, as males treat new males who come into their tribe with apprehension, and tests confirm this, with males showing a strong preference for the smells of kin and familiars, while women prefer the smells of strangers with more unknown or less known DNA. Leftists vs. Sports
This brings me to the tipping point for writing this article: when I saw the YouTube channel Black Pigeon critiquing sports. Black Pigeon is not a leftist, but he still felt the need to fall into a Kleptocracy trap laid for him. This is also found in Orthodox Christian circles, by the likes of Jay Dyer too, and so we should all be careful not to take unsuccessful athletes’ ideas on sports as any kind of gospel.
The Pigeon video leads with Noam Chomsky’s take on sports to his groupies from the 70s, and so I winced right away. Chomsky’s own documented ties to Jeffrey Epstein, including correspondence and a recorded 2003 visit, and his long public silence on the matter despite his reputation as a fearless dissident, have led some researchers to describe him as a kind of gatekeeper for acceptable left-wing dissent rather than the genuine radical his fans imagine. Chomsky talks to a large, giggling crowd of liberal boomers, scoffing with pseudo-intellectual glee at his sleight of hand, which is clearly one half of the Hegelian Dialectic yet again, as I am reminded of dead-end alleys in such situations. Few, if any, in Chomsky’s audience played football, but most were part of the Hippie Movement in droves, and irony oozes from his lips as they are unaware of the historical facts of life. So it falls on me to set Black Pigeon, Jay Dyer, and Chomsky right, as Black Pigeon lives in Japan and may not have had any rough sports under his belt, or in his native Canada either. I see this as yet another divide-and-conquer of the population, as just covered in one of the latest articles here on The Discerner. I have made it plain in the past here that I am an anti-Hippie, but I should somewhat answer why I hold such views.
Hippie, Dippie, Yuppie
How can I, or anyone, dislike the peace movement that the Hippies created? Well, created, no, distorted and undermined, yes. There were many better peace movements in the past, usually made up of mostly Christians, that had kept the US out of the world wars for some time and were built up well before the 1960s. Chief among them was “America First,” originating from the nativist “American Party” in the 1850s. Trump has made an effort to steal that name, but after seeing all the campaign pledges he has gone back on, it seems he is even worse than former President Woodrow Wilson, who did the same as Trump in using America First. The term America First was taken up and used by the former schoolteacher and Democrat President Woodrow Wilson in his 1916 presidential campaign, which pledged to keep America neutral in World War I, a pledge he would later violate, like Trump. Combine this with Wilson’s vouching for passports for known communists, like Leon Trotsky, and one should be able to read the tea leaves.
All these more genuine Christian peace supporters were led, prior to and during WWI, by the late author Leo Tolstoy, who had become the world-renowned anti-war advocate through his publications. After the disaster of WWI, the America First Organization was much bigger and was dead set against getting into WWII, as information had come out about the false-flag events that had gotten America into WWI, the corruption of the Treaty of Versailles, the Spanish Flu being linked to wartime vaccination programs of the period, and the facts of big business in the US and UK financing communism and fascism at birth. Trench warfare had reached the public over the wartime censors too, as books and movies like All Quiet on the Western Front made it clear that war must be avoided at all costs. Prior to WWII, the America First Organization was also headed by the world-famous aviator Charles Augustus Lindbergh, who had made the first solo flight across the Atlantic. Lindbergh had all the mainstream media of that time against him, and many saw the very public kidnapping and murder of his child as an effort by the deep state to take him out one way or another. After Pearl Harbor and America’s entry into WWII, the FBI went to the headquarters of America First and demanded the membership list of addresses and personal information. Just as was done in the US Civil War by the North, those calling for peace were arrested, harassed, jailed on trumped-up charges, and much more. This was how the real America First was dealt with by the state.
Meanwhile, the Left in the USA and Commonwealth nations during WWII opposed the Nazis right up until the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, when they then changed their tune and were against the war until the Nazis attacked the Soviet Union in Operation Barbarossa. So you had US fascist Silver Shirts, Stalinists, and Trotskyists in alliance opposing WWII for a time, with America First as the only voice crying out in the wilderness against another corrupting war. Today there are no peace marches against war by the Left, or against the suffering of Palestinian civilians, because the Boomers support Zionism and turned Putin into a Nazi, as was done with every enemy of the US government in the Middle East for as long as I can remember. So one can easily say the Left has always been puppeteered by hidden forces.
One can imagine that by the 1960s the deep state was well prepared for a future anti-war movement, and therefore poisoned the well by requiring one to grow your hair wild, wear East Indian garb, be cool by doing drugs, be promiscuous (and likely catch a venereal disease in the process), listen to acid-head musicians’ political views, and be a groupie to the CIA-orchestrated music scene (proof of which is found in David McGowan’s Weird Scenes Inside the Canyon). Added to this, your need to talk in a new vernacular (see below) and follow slogans by Jack Weinberg to “Turn on, tune out, and drop out” and “Trust no one over 30.” So this was claimed to be how you “bring the generations together” to stand against a war? How silly of me, to think they were not just another orchestrated effort to discredit a peace movement.

The middle class of the 1960s was huge in size, and so, with “new money,” many upper-class wannabes could feel pseudo-intellectually superior to their former middle-class upbringing, not knowing they were being tricked by the corrupt Kleptocracy, as has been done for generations. This can be seen well in Stanley Kubrick’s film Barry Lyndon, as the main character loses all his new money in the attempt to get a title and make himself noble.
Back to the Sports Action

There was hippie dancing, like what is being done today by those from Silicon Valley at their Pagan Wicca Man-style desert gatherings. Then possibly there was “hacky sack,” but that is as close as you got. Jogging was popularized by an older man in New Zealand.
All the members of the Hippie music groups escaped being drafted somehow, while one of the greatest sportsmen, Muhammad Ali, was hammered for his refusal to fight in Vietnam: he lost his championship belts, was jailed, could not box in any US jurisdiction, and so went to Japan to fight a wrestler who immediately fell to the ground and tried to entice Ali into a ground game we see commonly today, but for that time period was an embarrassment for the champion. Ali needed the money for his lawyer’s bills, and if he had not come out of all this to win his championship belts back, we would probably be told in revisionist history books that he was some kind of cowardly draft dodger by the mainstream media. It was Muhammad Ali who likely caused the movie industry to make Black-exploitation movies, so named “blaxploitation,” where Black heroes were drug dealers and pimps, so as to counter the effects of quotes like this one from Ali:
“Why should they ask me to put on a uniform and go 10,000 miles from home and drop bombs and bullets on Brown people in Vietnam while so-called Negro people in Louisville are treated like dogs and denied simple human rights? No, I’m not going 10,000 miles from home to help murder and burn another poor nation simply to continue the domination of white slave masters of the darker people the world over. This is the day when such evils must come to an end. I have been warned that to take such a stand would cost me millions of dollars. But I have said it once and I will say it again. The real enemy of my people is here. I will not disgrace my religion, my people, or myself by becoming a tool to enslave those who are fighting for their own justice, freedom, and equality. If I thought the war was going to bring freedom and equality to 22 million of my people, they wouldn’t have to draft me, I’d join tomorrow. I have nothing to lose by standing up for my beliefs. So I’ll go to jail, so what? We’ve been in jail for 400 years.”

BBC Host: “No, he made all of us.” (The host struggles here, as the British were already well on the course to doing away with Christianity, and his apparent atheism would not help him here.)
Ali: “Blue birds fly with blue birds, red birds want to be with red birds, tell me when I am wrong, pigeons want to be with pigeons.” (Ali has used Christianity and biology here, thus showing both are on his side.)

Ali: “They don’t have intelligence, but they stay together” (alluding to staying married and preferring their community). “Eagles like to hang out in the mountains, the buzzards like to fly around the desert, blue birds like to fly around the trees.”
BBC Host: “There would be a problem with a buzzard mating with a sparrow.” (Trying to change the subject into science, as he keeps interrupting, which does not match the British, overly polite discourse of that time, as he has lost control of the interview and doesn’t like Ali’s independent ideas.)
Ali: “Life is too short for me to catch hell. I prefer to be with my own, have a beautiful wife and a beautiful child, and I got no trouble. There ain’t no white woman that good.”
BBC Host: “I understand, but I think it is sad.”
Ali: “It ain’t sad, because I want my child to look like me” (no man wants to be a cuckold). “Every intelligent person wants their child to look like them. I’m sad” (sarcastic) “because I don’t want to blot out my race and lose my beautiful identity. Chinese love Chinese, they love the little slant eyes and they love the pretty brown-skin babies, Pakistanis love their culture, Jewish people love their culture, a lot of Catholics wanna marry nothing but other Catholics, they want the religion to stay the same. Who wants to spoil yourself and kill your race? You’re a hater of your people if you do not want to stay who you are, you shame what God made you. God don’t make no mistakes in making who we are.” (Here we have the whole Woke Agenda being pre-fought in the UK and the world in the 1970s, an effort to make people hate their own folk in favor of strangers, to be altruistically “better,” according to the Kleptocracy. The goal, of course, is to weaken local ties to make everyone more vulnerable to top-down control.)
BBC Host: “I think that is a philosophy of despair.”
Ali: “It ain’t no despair. No woman on this whole earth, not even a Black woman in miles in this country, can please me and cook for me and socialize with me like my American Black woman. No woman, and last is a white woman, can identify with me and my feelings, the way I act and the way I talk. And you can’t take a Chinese man and give him a Puerto Rican woman and holler that we’re in love, emotionally in love, physically in love, but really they are not happy. She is going to love her Puerto Rican music, and he is going to listen to some Chinese music, and they are going to be clashing all the time. It is just nature, but you can do what you want. It is nature to want to be with your own.” (Ali is stating to each his own, but there is nothing wrong with preferring your own people and religion.)

Summation of the 1970 Ali Exchange
All those who love Muhammad Ali seem not to care anymore about their hero and have not learned from him, as his ideas were a perfect answer to the top-down early Woke Agenda, which claimed there was something wrong with liking your local culture and people.
Despite Ali’s lack of formal education and lack of the Queen’s English, he still makes all his points fearlessly. The BBC host is trapped, because a man who has had his life on the line in tough sports, and had the system come down on him, is not going to surrender to the TV host out of fear. Any sportsman who deals with risk, has overcome fear, and is articulate and a thinker can outdo any top-down regurgitated cliché. Here we had an anti-war spokesman who was no hippie and was also no coward. Such examples can sway people much more than attacking the older generation and demanding everyone follow the latest fashion. Now, in a way, I am attacking the Boomer Generation, but like my critique of Friedrich Nietzsche, I am applying their own ideas to themselves (in this case, hippie guru material), as they said, “Do not trust anyone over 30.” They are now well over 30 and have no moral right to play the older, wiser family leaders. They insulted and degraded their own parents, and so can never claim that right after their own slogans and actions, even if they claim to have changed their ideas after a yoga class and/or buying a BMW as a yuppie.

Now, for the record, I have not married into my own folk, but to be honest, I married into what my folk used to be like, as my wife’s people act like my people used to act, if you get past the language and part of the culture. I married her because of my conservative and traditional ideas, ideas nowhere to be found in feminist Western women, and the destroying of our culture and morality that went along with following women’s ideas of fashion, which we all know was orchestrated by the Kleptocracy.
The Anti-Sport Narrative
This destructive agenda is being continued with the “sports is a big problem” narrative, as it is supposedly some kind of bread-and-circuses distraction. The butchery in the gladiatorial circuses is more comparable to horror movies and other computer games’ senseless violence than to modern sports. This anti-sport narrative divides people as if we are all still in high school, with jocks, nerds, class presidents, and theater-kid personalities.
In my youth I captained the football team, played historical board games with nerds, sang musicals with the sometimes painfully extroverted showboat types, and hung around the alternative punks at school. At that time punks were few and were set upon (1980s). Each group had its good and bad, but I preferred a mix of personalities, for it was more interesting. This may be hard to believe, but jocks and sportsmen can walk and chew gum at the same time. They can be aware of the problems going on in our societies and still have an outlet for frustration, refreshing and countering toxins in the environment. Is that not what music does too? Lenin said he had to stop listening to music because it distracted him from the communist cause. Looking into Lenin’s life and his role in starting the second-greatest genocide in world history (next to Mao’s), he might have improved his disposition with a little more music and sport.

The Higher Calling of Sport
All healthy cultures have a tradition in which young teenage boys leave their mother’s apron strings behind and become men, after a ritual and deeds that always involve showing their ability to overcome cowardice, which is the dividing line from the rationalized cowardice of the female world. They become men by showing the tribe their skills and bravery, not by stubbornly saying “I don’t want to” and “I have nothing to prove” while mommy comes to the rescue and enforces, with her feminist sisters, that everyone should get a participation medal. These young men were expected to do more in the way of learning, of course, but they had to conquer cowardice first, which is the first of all emotions to come to grips with.

So, by earning the right to be part of the men, these young men’s ears were to be more open to learning from elder males, not their little gangs of boys, or their “make mommy happy” instincts, where psychological guilt trips are applied when they venture away from doing what mom wants. This effectively upgraded them to be with the male leaders of a society. They had to leave the way of women behind, to return later as men who could deal with effete life and its dominating weaknesses. Girls do not need to leave the apron strings; they simply copy mom. The intentional removal of male groups and organizations is meant to stagnate men working together in naturally healthy terms.
This coming of age must have dangerous aspects, and these results are dangerous to the Kleptocracy, which is why they have done away with them in any form. Hunting, scouts, real camping, obstacle courses, and any such version have been done away with, replaced with “toxic masculinity” slogans and bad-mouthing of all old boys’ networks.
The Modern Military Also Breaks Down the Local
These techniques are used in distorted forms in the military, Freemasonry, and frat houses, but the military breaks recruits down in order to later rebuild them so they are loyal to the unit and not their local community and family. We had an example of which method was stronger in the US Civil War, when the local units of the South went up against the much more mixed units of the North. Yes, the South lost in the end, but that was largely a function of having far fewer men, as there were many more victories by the local, familiar Southern units, who were able to match the larger numbers of Northern men, especially once the North began incorporating Black troops. To not understand numbers in war is to think the Nazis were poor fighters because they lost to the Soviets in the end, when, if there were as many Germans as Soviets, or even closer numbers, the communists and the Allies would have lost. The South in the Civil War had better units, as they outfought the Yankees again and again.
Even in the North, where Western Yankee regiments came from closer rural, tight-knit groups, like the Iron Brigade, made up of men who worked with each other for years, units also fought much better than other units before being nearly wiped out. Units that fight better suffer more casualties in the preferred use of bringing about victories. On many occasions, this Northern Iron Brigade saved the North and the Northern cause. Yet another example: the Canadians and Australians in WWI, whom the Germans thought were the best troops on the Western Front, and always adjusted their lines accordingly. It was not something special in the water of these countries; it was the early experience of males working together at the local level that made them have ties that would trump city slickers, who hardly knew each other and had not worked together on farms, hunting, and small businesses. The big-city types had worked for big fat cats, and were therefore more cynical about risking their necks for men who were Freemason officers or had paid for their positions, as in UK history and the Northern Union Army.
Even the most honorable and talented general, Robert E. Lee, chose to turn down leadership of the Union Army, offered to him by Abraham Lincoln, not because he was pro-slavery (he was not) but because his community, Virginia, came first. Hence why the Kleptocracy must break down local ties with family, friends, church, and community, replacing them with abbreviations: USA, EU, UK, NATO, FBI, CIA, and more. Right now, the powers that shouldn’t be are breaking down allegiance to nations, replacing it with sexual identity politics and international organizations with great PR and Hollywood stars who tell viewers that if they love them, they should hold X, Y, Z opinions.
False Local Temples
The main distorted group that has been placed in almost every Western community is the Freemasons, who employ little mental tricks on initiates, then blindfold them, put a noose around their neck, and a dagger or sword at their throat as they pledge to put virtual strangers before all of the above. Unobserved in this ceremony by these Freemason pledges is bravery in the becoming; instead, the reverse: a pseudo-bravery. It is a huge peer-group-pressure ritual, and woe to anyone who would challenge them at such a ceremony of secrecy, as blind obedience and Gnostic faiths are the law of corruption. Where is the local accountability, the checks and balances, to make sure those at the top do not abuse their power? Before joining a group of strangers, you need to confront them, not submit blindly to them. You should argue if need be, not accept your lower level and not be sycophantic to upper levels, and you must know the gods they really worship, not be satisfied with Gnostic, ecumenical blobs treating all faiths as the same thing. At the local level, it is fathers who have earned a boy’s trust who make sure the boy is not being taken advantage of in any of his organizations, and this, again, is why fathers have been removed, often replaced with gay handlers or mentors, mixing a mentor role with a womanly form that includes sex. This effeminacy clearly has one goal, and that is to emotionalize the relationship, as fathers’ and grandfathers’ love is platonic. The pseudo-bravery is taking an occult oath that trumps any other, including that of following the Christian God, with the aforementioned noose, blindfold, sword, and threats of death for not putting Freemasons before family, friends, church, and community, which is not brave, but blind submission, and so homosexual in its nature.
These false rituals are not high ideals; they are band-aids over a gaping wound of absent fathers and grandfathers, as they stop men from forming closer relationships with other men with families and proper morality. Sports has a greater force in a community than we have been taught.
Male Sports
Sports, when more violent, allowed for a conquering of fear and a joining of a more male group, or at least had an adult male as the head coach. Sports fans are in a tribal ritual of sorts, yes, but it is a necessary ritual for young males in our society to show others their bravery and commitment to the community, to be seen as brave in real time, not in one’s imagination and/or bragging, as you hear with women in their tempest-in-a-teapot situations of “you should have heard what I said to so-and-so.” Once this public display has happened, the boy will no longer have as big a chip on his shoulder to prove he is a man and is brave, and will then seek other things to overcome with zero public acclaim and excitement. This is where elder males come into play. The new man must then overcome cowardice toward boring things that need to be done and carry no adrenaline or dopamine rush. Being a man and a soldier means doing thankless tasks that no one sees and appreciates too. Being in a federal military means having the weight of the institution coming down on you to get things done; that is not self-discipline in its strongest form, as it is only a much bigger peer pressure, just as the ceremony in a Masonic temple is peer pressure.
We constantly hear from those with jobs that young men need to be more self-disciplined, but sports hooligans show up on time, plan fights with other supporters’ groups, agree on weapons, dress neatly like normies to throw off police, and have inner pockets to hide their colors and weapons. They stand shoulder to shoulder with their supporters and get scars, bruises, wounds, and occasional deaths. Is that not self-discipline? Yes, it is. So you want young men to be self-disciplined your way, for your institutions. That is profitable to you, but do your institutions return the favor? Since the world wars, this cost-benefit relationship has gone down, and you want to extract the most in one direction, or replace the person with a more passive, selfless one to improve the bottom line. This is not honorable. In the past there was a family wage, respect, and a watch when you retire. Now many are modern versions of serfs, and soon most will be on UBI.
Your atheistic and/or anti-sport worldview is just yours. You offer no loyalty for loyalty. Without loyalty there can be no honor, and with no loyalty and honor there can be no truth between men. These traits must all come together, and they are easy to ruin and hard to build in friendships. Such lone wolves make assertion after assertion that has no higher importance than that of the homeless man on the street. You offer nothing greater, and there are only a few these days who will make a philosophical pronouncement, as most got business degrees to make more money over anything of the bigger picture. If you skipped tougher sports to make more money, you then have no form of male camaraderie, not even the barest masculinity needed to think of sacrifice. You are not sacrificing for anyone but your own desire to please your wife and/or yourself, which leads your children to be selfish, and you will have no one to blame but yourself and the Kleptocracy. This hollow life is why so many men commit suicide when things go downhill, and with the Great Reset already here, and the expansion of wars to cover for it, things will certainly go downhill.
God and theology and metaphysics can be built upon male groups to make true men, not men out simply for themselves and their bitchy wives. Replacing a bitchy wife with your upper-level Freemasonry leadership is no upgrade in purpose; it is just corruption to get ahead in life and make money by cheating other men who do not belong to your pack of new primitives. It is simply a bigger gang than the one on the street corners in the slums, but the real purpose is just selfishness, giving your power to the most corrupt, not the most intelligent. There is no difference between robbing an old lady of her purse and robbing her of her pension through digital paperwork, except distancing yourself from the deed by using fraud. You are FUBAR.
The Results of Computer Games
When you remove rituals for young men, they will tend to replace them, or have others make false or destructive substitutes, slowing their maturity. Or, worst of all, they become effete, rationalizing all their cowardly actions into a false sense of superior intellect, which I would state is exactly what is going on here with the bad-mouthing of sports by those who might never have played a rough sport themselves. At the risk of putting off some of those who see my point but will not like which sports I see as better, I will refrain from comparing all sports and just state that boxing is not the same as being a male cheerleader. This small lesson in masculinity can also be earned through real physical fights, face to face. Once you learn to overcome fear, you can use that to overcome all other fears in your way, as covered in great detail in Part 2 of the series on The Discerner, “Cowboys and Cossacks“.
Sports in Roman times was problematic, as some riots took place. Even the Eastern Roman Empire had problems when it only had chariot races and stopped gladiatorial games, with different groups named after colors who acted like hooligans before there was even a nation of England. There is nothing new under the sun. These Byzantine hooligans were a means of joining for patronage positions in government, an outlet for those who wanted the limited positions available. As in all such states, no one wanted to be in the army, because that was where the unlucky went to die for low pay and little honor, while honor went more and more to the generals. So that state built bigger and bigger walls, for it feared its own generals, until the Ottoman Turks thought of how to use technology to smash the walls. Fancy that, with those “dumb” warriors (jock-like) thinking of cannons. I guess they can walk and chew gum at the same time too.
So Black Pigeon’s and Jay Dyer’s naivety about people supposedly wasting time on ball sports totally misses the point of history, which should not surprise anyone who knows history, as few care to read anymore, and many who do get lost jousting in the clouds over their own egos. Pride is the worst of sins, as it leads to the other six deadly ones.
Is Sport Being Used?
Yes, of course it is. Still, there is a plus and minus to be added up here, and a line as to where it gets out of hand must be drawn. Unfortunately, this line cannot be drawn by nerds or fatherless or absent-fathered young men, as they are obsessed with being cool and getting wealth. It would be best for those who have played tough sports to draw the line. What is galling is that of all the things problematic in our world, sports comes up again and again. It is as if you are still jealous of some jock who got the cheerleader in school, who you thought should have gone for you instead, because you are so much smarter, in your own mind. Actor Mike Myers stood alongside Prime Minister Carney of Canada during his Liberal election campaign, using the slogan “Elbows Up,” to denote playing tough in hockey. There has been some effort by the NHL to do away with hockey fights, with the claim that this would make the game more acceptable to the general public. The general public has not generally warmed to the nicer form of the sport. Hockey has had fighting as part of the game due to the cheap shots known to occur in the European form of the game, a dynamic that has not gone away with the mixing of European and North American players. Hacking another player repeatedly with your stick on the wrists or ankles would need to be answered for. In fact, European efforts to make soccer more attractive to North American men have led to a hockey-like penalty for diving, when a player fakes having been tripped and falls down like a dying swan to get the referee to feel sorry for him. In these cases we see dishonesty in play answered for, but at present, outside of many sports, we are losing the male script. Men preferring such honorable ideas carries over to politics and more, and is part of the culture that those in power wish to remove. They have been doing so for a very long time, as they learned long ago that making the population eat wheat over meat made everyone more passive too.
If you doubt those at the top are so conniving, there was an example of this knowledge in an old film called Rollerball, in which the Kleptocracy had developed the game specifically to make heroes unnecessary. Bringing women and transsexuals into the game is also a deliberate removal of masculine, self-enforced rules. Like those baseball players who put religious verses on their caps, or forfeited games rather than wear rainbow uniforms, and any daughter who has had to introduce her date to her father, brothers, and big buddies, with the unwritten rule of “you try anything with this daughter and we will put you only in the hospital if you are lucky.” This is why vigilante justice is attacked by the state too, as they put endless police enforcement into online speech violations over real crimes. This dysfunction is intentional, and it works against good masculinity.
So we have people asking for sports to be lowered in importance so that everyone can focus on politics? What is wrong with politics? No guts, political hacks who pretend to kiss babies and warm to women, all sorts of unmanly behavior that does not allow anyone to ask for a duel or a fight in a ring to answer for the evil being done. We are not better off, but weakened, by men not being more forceful in demanding fair play in sufficient numbers. Leave sports alone and find some other pressing injustice to focus on, or play a sport with real risk of injury or even death, to show you are not a selfish person out for yourself alone.
Sports Riots
The riots that are almost assured after a team wins a championship are not just brutish behavior, but pent-up frustration against a huge set of grievances, and these fans, seeing they have numbers and the police are outmanned, choose to take some revenge on someone or something given the opportunity. This has happened in the past with non-sports events too, because of corruption built up over time. Today we have farmers in Europe and truckers in Canada protesting peacefully, only to be ignored, defamed, have their bank accounts seized, and be arrested, which can only lead to riots, unfortunately. It would be better to organize into small groups whose leaders cannot be compromised.

Each country seems to have one sport in which it excels, giving it some status. New Zealand has Rugby Union, Canada has hockey, America has the gridiron game, England has soccer and sometimes cricket. Australia has Aussie Rules, India now has cricket, and Japan now has baseball. China struggles to find a sport it can win at, and so has pushed for money-making and gambling instead, though if the economy goes belly up, it would probably love to have something to distract its men in the area of sport.
Closing
Sports is used by the deep state, but it is also feared by the deep state, and so there is always an effort to defang tough and dangerous sports, to make them more like a sewing circle. The better and longer you are at computer games, the weaker you will be in the real world. In real life, you get one life, and if you are killed, that is it, unless you are heaven-bound. No nine lives or endless respawns to become a hero. So the fashion of learning to win after dying a thousand times in a game does not make you a warrior, as it carries no real risk and no need to learn about things in the real world. Grow up.
